Maintaining well trained employees is a time consuming and costly expense. CECO Training & Technical Services now offers a series of certified training courses available through a new e-learning center. No time to travel to one of CECO's open enrollment classes? Does an open enrollment class require travel and hotel costs that don't fit into the budget right now? Perhaps scheduling on-site, instructor-led, training doesn't make sense either. This makes self-study using CECO's web-based training the right choice to save time and stretch a dollar.
After completing Self-Study, online Tests assess knowledge of the material covered.
- Results are immediate and can be downloaded to clients’ LMS software and/or sent to management.
- Tests can also serve as part of a Challenge Program to validate existing employees’ knowledge and skill levels and identify areas that may require additional training or focus.
- CECO tracks employee progress throughout the program.
